CertLean Quality Management System (QMS) Certification/Registration
For Prospective CertLean Clients
Is my CertLean Certification from an “Accredited Registrar” or a “Notified Body”? Can I use my CertLean Certification to prove I comply with Regulatory Requirements? How can my company use CertLean Certification for marketing purposes or to build our business? What if my company only wants to use the CertLean Certification as a marketing tool and never intends to comply with any standard? How would (or could) a CertLean Representative find out that my company has not maintained compliance with the standard(s) to which we are certified? What happens if a CertLean Representative does find out my company has not maintained compliance with the standard(s) to which we are certified? What happens if my organization is unable or unwilling to respond effectively to a request for corrective action from a CertLean Representative? If my organization’s CertLean certificate is withdrawn/cancelled, how can we become re-certified? Why are the consequences of not effectively responding to a corrective action request so strict?
For Prospective CertLean Clients
Why have you developed this alternative to traditional Quality Management System Certification or Registration? Why would anybody want certification from a non-accredited registrar, like CertLean? How can CertLean issue a Certificate of Registration for my Company without evidence that we have a compliant Quality Management System implemented? I think my company has an effective quality assurance system, but I’m not sure if it complies with any standard. How can I find out if it does? What if my company has already been Certified and/or we already have our own Quality Management System Manual? Why should we still consider CertLean? Why does the CertLean process require Initial Certification to ISO 9001:2000?
I am an ACCREDITED REGISTRAR. Doesn’t CertLean diminish the value of my organization’s services? I am a CERTIFIED AUDITOR. Doesn’t CertLean mean I could lose my job? I am a REGULATORY AGENCY REPRESENTATIVE. I want to rely upon third party assessments to use a risk-based management approach for assuring quality within the industry I oversee. Doesn’t CertLean diminish the meaningfulness of third party registration? I am an ATTORNEY. Isn’t the absence of actual on-site assessments prior to issuance of a CertLean certificate of compliance misleading to consumers? Isn’t the issuance of a CertLean certificate without an on-site assessment unfair to those organizations who obtained accredited certifications in order to be able to bid on the same contracts? Isn’t the absence of an appeal process unfair to CertLean clients who believe they have been treated unjustly by their CertLean Representative(s)? I am a BUYER for a very large and heavily-regulated company that manufactures products critical to public safety. I rely upon ISO certifications to qualify the suppliers or vendors my company can purchase from. How can I trust a supplier or vendor with a CertLean Certification enough to add them to our approved source list? I am a CONCERNED PARTY and wish to report a problem with a CertLean Client. How can I do so? |
